• Tax declaration for 2025 can be submitted starting from 1 March 2026

Service procedure:

1. Registration
   Please fill out the registration form and send it to info@livafinance.com, attaching all required additional documents.
2. Invoice
   After receiving all the necessary documents, a prepayment invoice will be sent to you.
3. Invoice payment and document submission
   After payment of the invoice, the tax declaration will be submitted within 14 business days, provided that all the required information and documents asked by Liva Finance have been submitted fully and correctly.
4. TAX Return process
   We provide an explanation of the tax return process, inform you about the expected tax return amount, timeframes, and any additional documents required, if applicable.

Good to Know!

1. Filled form/s + attachments email to: info@livafinance.com
2. If you do not have all jaaropgaafs, you need to apply for authorization VIA (see pricelist).
3. If you will not provide all jaaropgaafs or notify that you might are missing one or many of them, Liva Finance is not responsible for wrongly submitted tax declaration.
