• Healthcare Insurance Benefit for 2025 and 2026

Service procedure:

1. Registration
   Please fill out the registration form and send it to info@livafinance.com, attaching all required additional documents.
2. Invoice
   After receiving all the necessary documents, a prepayment invoice will be sent to you.
3. Invoice payment and document submission
   After payment of the invoice, the healthcare insurance benefit will be submitted within 14 business days, provided that all the required information and documents asked by Liva Finance have been submitted fully and correctly.
4. Money return process
   We provide an explanation of the benefit money return process, inform you about the expected amount, timeframes, and any additional documents required, if applicable.
