Step 1: Fill in the form
Complete the VIA authorization application form and
send it to info@livafinance.com

Step 2: Pay the invoice
Once you receive the invoice, please proceed
with payment.

Step 3: Receive your letter from Belastingdienst
Within 14 days, you will receive an official letter from
Belastingdienst containing QR codes.

Step 4: Send the QR codes to Liva Finance
Take a clear photo of the QR codes and send them to
Liva Finance.

Step 5: Activation
After activation, Liva Finance will be able to securely
access your tax data and submit your tax return on
your behalf.
 

Good to Know!

1. If you apply for VIA authorization for future years,
you stay in full control.
2. You can stop access at any time — the letter from
3. Belastingdienst also includes a QR code to revoke
access to your tax data whenever you wish.
